Wooden toys forever!

I’ve been hunting up some wonderful toys for two year olds for Christmas to put together a list of the top ten toys with wheels. My favourites, of course, are the wooden toys. I have a passion for these and have been collecting them for some time. It probably all started with being a ballerina (or baby elephant!) alongside the Nutcracker doll one Christmas. My own collection includes wooden puzzles, wooden trains and push-puppets, which are my personal fvourites.  You can see some great ones here under their gallery:

Wooden toys are always great ideas for gifts especially for smaller children, and if grandpa (or grandma) is handy at the woodbench…whisper in his ear. Or simply checkout some of these wonderful ideas:
